VIGOR II is a chlorinated alkaline heavy-duty C.I.P. and bulk tank powder cleaner, formulated with a blend of alkaline hydroxide builders, water softening agents, dispersants and chlorinating compound. VIGOR II will provide excellent butterfat saponification and milk protein soil detergency.

VIGOR PIPELINE CLEANING RATIO:
Water Hardness Oz. of VIGOR to Water
0 to 20 Grains 1 Oz. to 3 Gallons of Water
21 to 30 Grains 1 Oz. to 2 Gallons of Water
31 to 40 Grains ¾ Oz. to 1 Gallons of Water

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Upon completion of milking, thoroughly flush
entire pipeline system with warm water.
(100°F-110°F/38°C-43°C)
Do NOT recycle rinse water.
Once rinse water runs clean and clear, add the
appropriate amount of VIGOR II Powder CIP
cleaner to the HOT water. Cycle cleaning solution
through the entire system for 8-10 minutes.
Flush entire pipeline thoroughly with warm water.
(100°F-110°F/38°C-43°C)
Do NOT recycle rinse water.
Acid rinse using a VANCO acid.
Sanitize prior to milking according to local
Health Department regulations.
More VIGOR II may be required for larger systems.

FOR BEST RESULTS
Start wash with water temperature at 165°F/74°C.
If using cooler water, more VIGOR II Powder CIP
cleaner will be necessary.
Stop wash when the water temperature falls
below 105°F/41°C.

Use 1 ounce of VIGOR II Powder C.I.P. cleaner
to 3gallons of water at 165°F/74°C. When used
in automatic systems, VIGOR II Powder must
be premixed and dissolved in water.

Once bulk tank is emptied, thoroughly
flush entire tank with warm water.
(100°F-110°F/38°C-43°C)
Using the appropriate ratio of VIGOR II powder
CIP cleaner, spray tank for 10-15 minutes.
Thoroughly rinse tank with warm water.
(100°F-110°F/38°C-43°C)
Acid rinse using a VANCO acid.
Sanitize prior to milking according to local
Health Department regulations.
